Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs the relationship between you and Adaptensor, Inc., an Arkansas corporation with its principal place of business in Cove, Arkansas, USA, operating the brand SPARCL through the website sparcl.featherpulse.com. References to "we," "us," or "SPARCL" mean Adaptensor, Inc. acting through that brand.

1. Workmanship Warranty (SPARCL Integration Services)

SPARCL warrants that integration services and engineering deliverables will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with generally accepted industry practice. If services do not conform to this warranty, notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of acceptance and we will, as our sole remedy, re-perform the non-conforming work or refund the fees paid for it.

2. Hardware Pass-Through

Hardware furnished as part of an integration project carries the manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Siasun robotic arms, FeatherPulse lasers). SPARCL will reasonably assist you in pursuing manufacturer warranty claims but does not extend an additional hardware warranty.

3. How to Claim

Submit a warranty claim through the Customer Portal at sparcl.featherpulse.com, or email jamie@adaptensor.com with the serial number, original invoice, photographs, and a description of the issue. Do not return product before receiving a written RMA; unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Disclaimer

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, ADAPTENSOR, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE LENGTH OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the price you paid for the affected product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, downtime, or substitute equipment costs.
